2, About Ram
First, If you are not IT expert or unfamiliar with pc installation, please buy bundle with ram at least. If buy bundle no ram, please use LPDDR3-1866, DDR3L-1600 low voltage 1.35V Non-ECC SO-DIMM Ram. This PC DO NOT support DDR3 1.5V Ram.
Second, This pc is also incompatible with some 1.35V ram model like Kingston HyperX series etc. Seller is irresponsible and makes no compensation for buyer’s own ram.
3, About SSD/HDD
Generally we use Msata SSD installed on mPCIE port and leave the SATA port blank for you to install 2.5” SSD/HDD.
What can this mini computer do?

2. Work as HTPC, using HDMI cable connecting to HDTV, support remote air mouse and keyboard controller.

3, windows 8/windows 10 need at least 32G SSD. if consider 16g ssd, we can provide, but it will with windows 7, it is up to u.
