Terms and Conditions
You are entitled to the number of Sessions set out in your Plan. A Session is up to one hour in length or until your problem is resolved, for 60 days from the date of your purchase. Sessions will be counted by the Support person at the end of each Session.
We do not call Customers except on follow up on service and if you are not sure you are speaking to our staff, hang up and call us. As a registered Customer with us, you will receive updates about our services and products from time to time. That’s not all; you will be eligible for exclusive discounts as well. All Sales are final. You acknowledge that upon placing an order you are waiving the right for a chargeback and any complaints or disputes should be directed towards Wintel Secure. For your protection, all services are rendered before payment is accepted. The descriptor on your statement is Wintel Secure +1-833-378-1223(USA) or +44-800-046-5204 (UK) Wintel Secure is not affiliated with any other name brands, such as Microsoft or Dell, although our staff may be licensed by these or other companies.
Changes to this agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
